We offer an excellent range of facilities suitable for all ages abilities, fitness levels and health journeys.
They include a fully air-conditioned, well-equipped gym, a 25m swimming pool, teaching pool, and a workout area where we host a variety of workout classes.
Choose from flexible monthly plans, with no contracts and no joining fees.
We run a variety of classes each week – from Yogalates and Zumba to Boot Camp, Aqua Fit, and HIIT.
We are committed to making our venues accessible and welcoming to everyone, with adapted equipment, inclusive sessions, and trained staff on hand to help.
