What To Expect From Our HIIT Classes

HIIT classes work by significantly increasing the heart rate to at least 80% of your maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of low intensity movement.

Your instructor will be able to modify exercises to suit your fitness level, making these classes suitable for all abilities.
