What To Expect From HIIT Step
A high-intensity interval training class using the step platform. Alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of recovery for maximum calorie burn.
A 30-minute session alternating between 40-second high-intensity intervals and 20-second recovery periods. The step adds an extra challenge to the bodyweight exercises.
HIIT Step is challenging but adaptable. Instructors show modifications for every exercise. If you can walk briskly, you can start HIIT – just work at your own level.
HIIT training creates an “afterburn” (EPOC) where your body continues to burn calories for hours after the workout. This makes it one of the most time-efficient classes we offer.
