Please be aware that Monday 4th May 2026 is a Bank Holiday, and therefore our facility opening times will differ.
Please expect our activity programme including group fitness and pool timetable to be reduced around the following facility opening times:

- Gym will remain 24/7 access doors will be available from:

- Gym will continue 24/7 access from midnight.
