Availability
Our gymnastics parties can be booked on the following days and times:
Saturdays
- 2pm – 3.30pm
- 4pm – 5.30pm
Sundays
- 11:30am – 1pm
- 1.30 – 3pm
- 3.30pm – 5pm
Our Party Packages
Bronze - £180
- 15 children
- 1-hour structured gymnastics and games on the equipment
- 30 minutes for food and gift giving
- Medal and certificate for the birthday girl or boy
- 2 coaches to lead the activities
Silver - £250
- 25 children
- 1-hour structured gymnastics and games on the equipment
- 30 minutes for food and gift giving
- Medal and certificate for every child who attends the party
- 2-3 coaches to lead the activities
Gold - £330
- 25 children
- 1-hour structured gymnastics and games on the equipment
- 30 minutes for food and gift giving
- Party invites
- Medal and certificate for every child who attends the party
- A packed lunch for every child who attends the party
- 2-3 coaches to lead the activities
Terms and Conditions
The minimum number of children to run a party is 10.
Children must be at least 5 years old to attend gymnastics parties.
A responsible adult must be present for the duration of the party.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
Full payment is required one week before the booking is due to take place.
If you notify us less than one week before that you would like to cancel the party, you will lose your deposit.
There is no discount available if you would like less children to attend than the package states.
Included in the packed lunch is a sandwich, crisps, fruit and a drink.
