What To Expect From Our Pre School Gymnastics
Independent classes for children aged 3-5, building on basic movement skills with an introduction to gymnastics apparatus. Small groups with qualified coaches.
45-minute sessions with a warm-up, apparatus rotation (floor, beam, vault, bars at pre-school height), and a cool-down. Children work independently from parents.
Children learn fundamental movements – jumping, rolling, balancing, and climbing. They progress through our internal badge scheme, building towards the beginner programme.
Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement – leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. Bare feet for safety. Hair tied back and no jewellery.
