What To Expect From Les Mills BODYATTACK

A high-energy fitness class combining athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Set to driving music, this class will get your heart pumping.

BODYATTACK is high-intensity but suitable for all levels. Instructors show low-impact options for every move, so you can work at your own pace and build up over time.

55 minutes of sports-inspired cardio with tracks for warm-up, mixed impact, power, agility, and conditioning. Set to motivating music that keeps you moving.

We recommend 2-3 times per week for best results, combined with strength training. Allow at least one rest day between high-intensity sessions.
