What To Expect From Our Yoga Classes

No experience needed. Our instructors offer modifications for all levels. Let your teacher know if you’re new or have any injuries before the class begins.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Yoga mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. We also have blocks and bands available for all classes.

For the best results, practicing 2-3 times per week can improve flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing. However, many people find that even once a week can bring significant benefits, especially for reducing stress.
